Swine flu preparedness and prevention
Mountain View Hospital is in close contact with the Utah Department of Health and is fully prepared to respond rapidly and provide timely treatment if there are local outbreaks of swine flu.
Remember, proactive efforts aimed at preventing a pandemic should not be mistaken as a cause for alarm. It's simply time to use common sense and work together to keep this flu from spreading. Annually, the seasonal flu causes an average of 36,000 deaths in this country.
